Return and Refund Policy for Singing Threads
At Singing Threads, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
RETURN POLICY
All of our products are generally made-to-order, resulting in minimal stock as these products are made specifically for you so We do not accept returns. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Refund requests can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return. To request a refund, contact our customer service team at singingthreads@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details explaining the reason for the refund request.
Please allow 10-15 working days for the return to be received into our warehouse, we will then email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method. Once you've received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear back in your account.
Since some of our products are heavy and some are delicate, we ensure secure and reliable packaging. However, we request all our customers to capture the unboxing of the delivery.
FAULTY GOODS
- Despite this not being a high probability, if you get a damaged product please ensure to inform us within 24 hours of delivery and send us the unboxing video of the delivery on the given mail (singingthreads@gmail.com)
- We have third-party shipping aggregators and we have chosen these very carefully. In case of any confusion with the shipping partner, delivery or any issues with any in-transit delivery, Team Singing Threads is not liable and will not be held responsible for issues. We would recommend that you avoid packages with suspicious packaging or attempts of multiple deliveries, even when you've placed one order only.
- Please do not return any faulty goods unless advised by a member of our customer service team, as it may result in a slower resolution time.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
